Ah yes, the famous Klement’s Racing Sausages. Nick spent a long overdue day with friends in Milwaukee eating and drinking his way through 9 innings at Miller Park. A glorious Wisconsin day it was…
Adobe Anywhere is a modern, collaborative workflow platform that empowers users of Adobe professional video solutions to work together, using centralized media, across virtually any network. There’s a lot of pluses with that statement! We’ll take it!
Shooting a slew of mobile devices until the wee hours…well maybe not the wee hours. We did wrap around 6. Yes!
We teamed up with FICO and Accenture to show how it’s done.
Another heartfelt collaboration with Intel, highlighting the accomplishments of five female semi-finalists and finalists in the Intel Science Talent Search. Shot in a single day, we were awed as these teenagers break down gender stereotypes in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) by sharing their groundbreaking discoveries.
With our new website design 95% complete…we wanted to share our newest logo animation. Special thanks go out to Margot Cannon for logo concept/design, 3D artist Ryan Berkey for all things motion, and Doug Waitrovich for sound design.
Many thanks to our talented cast and crew for pulling off a 2-day shoot in ONE DAY! And big hugs to Steve and Linda Wolan who allowed us to invade their home for what turned out to be the ideal Berkeley location.

Yeah…that Boeing. With a worldwide ‘Engineering Excellence’ initiative underway, we were only too happy to write and produce a 5-minute montra to their proud history and prosperous future. Since much of the information within the program is proprietary, we can only share a few still frames, but those are the breaks in the…ahem…international spy game!

Here’s where we at 1/29 recommend spending New Year’s Day fending off the previous night’s shenanigans. Back at the bar, duh!

We were honored when Intel approached us to produce a mini-doc profiling their partnership with Women’s Empowerment of Sacramento. Serving 1000+ volunteer hours annually, Intel employees are truly supporting a worthy cause.
We had to share this! With this app, take any photo and transform it into a Japanese comic book panel. It’s the best selling iPhone app in Japan!
Who would’ve thunk the A’s would be this close to tasting the sweet nectar of the playoffs (‘er, the Wildcard) when the season began? It’s still a long shot, but we here at 1/29 have always liked the underdog. Thee faithful have stuck with the green & gold and Nick caught a grand pre-game jam that surely must end with: L-E-T-S G-O O-A-K-L-A-N-D-!

Our own Ryan Berkey (aka: artiste en résidence) and his partner, Devin Nickoloff (with whom we’ve also had the pleasure…) have teamed up to form a most worthy and illustrious Kickstarter project called, HOUSES OF WORSHIP. It’s a serious endeavor…with equally, seriously, awesome gifts! Take a look!!!
FIFA 13 was unveiled in LA’s beautiful Orpheum Theater at 2012’s E3 Expo. We were thrilled to get the call again from Plumbago to create the brand identity bumper commencing the festivities.
Well, well, well…another one of our esteemed clients lands the deal of a life-time. First it was Flock getting acquired by Zynga, and now Quickoffice hits the jackpot with Google! (Branded entertainment = big moola for our clients? Hmmmmm…something to think about.)

More lovely words regarding our most recent project for McAfee. Thanks, TSFE!
Come to find out on Nick’s recent trip to Jazz Fest that Oakland’s very own California Honeydrops were playing their first gig EVER in the great city of New Orleans just a couple doors down. Imagine runnin’ into these cats after a full day on the fairgrounds! Sweet sounds, indeed.
